This page contains recipes our family enjoys using for various feast days and times throughout the liturgical year. Though I have used various feast day cookbooks (Feast Day Cookbook, Cooking with the Saints, A Continual Feast, and Cooking for Jesus are all especially helpful), mostly, I have used recipes that may come from the production of a limited item on the homestead, or recipes that we have simply found that we enjoy throughout the years. Feast day cookbooks provide a fun way to connect with traditions throughout the history of our faith, but just because something is traditional doesn’t mean it will suit our tastes or be practical for us to make. So, feel free to use whatever recipes suit your fancy, according to the dietary restrictions we follow throughout the liturgical year!
This page is new and awaiting recipes. More will be added as I have the time to write! Items listed below contain a link if they are underlined.
